The season of “Mists and Mellow Fruitfulness” is now truly here and as the nights draw in comfort food is required. The highlights this month include wild fungi especially Boletus edulis (Penny Bun/Cep/Porcini) and orchard fruits, which should now be laid down for the winter months.
